The intent of the email is to inform students to expect emails from University Accounting Service, LLC (1098@eforms.uwsa.edu) in January.  The emails University Accounting Service, LLC will be sending students will contain the information in the attached “Form 1098T from UW STOUT Available” document, and will provide students with the necessary information they need to electronically retrieve their 1098-T.  These emails are legitimate and GetMyDocument does require the last four digits of the social security number or the school identification number.
