An unknown error has occurred. Please save your document and restart your application.
Hyperion Printing Error
Some users printing from Hyperion receive an error: "An unknown error has occurred. Please save your document and restart your application." or "Internet Explorer has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." The Export process will enable a user to create a PDF file that can then be printed.
Export to PDF from Hyperion
- Process the desired report
- In the preview window, click File -> Export -> Section...
- Click the "Save as type:" drop-down and select PDF (*.pdf)
- Choose a file location and click "Save". The PDF can then be retrieved from that location and opened with Adobe Acrobat to print.
