Adobe license errors on campus-issued computers
Some users of Adobe Creative Cloud 2015 may experience a Sign In/Serial error and/or be prompted for a Serial Number on their Stout-issued computer.
Students can update their license but must be ON CAMPUS or connected via VPN . If errors are encountered, please open a self-service ticket.
- Windows: Students with HPs can update their license using this utility.
- Apples: Students with Apples can update their license using this utility; download the file then CTRL-click (or right-click) and select "Open."
- Windows: A fix for Windows computers is available via Software Center under the title "Adobe Serial - Update Adobe Serial."
- Apple: Most Apple users, can visit Self Service to run "Adobe Licensing Fix" under "All Applications." Apple users without access to Self Service can visit the helpdesk or open a self-service ticket.
