How to schedule a web conference using Outlook
1. To schedule a web conference, first select the calendar icon in the lower left hand corner.
2. Then select New Skype Meeting in the upper left hand corner.
3. From here you can set the start and end time of the meeting, as well as the recipients and the subject.
4. After sending the meeting, the date and time of the meeting will be saved on your calendar.
How to schedule a web conference using OWA.
1. To schedule a web conference, click on New in the upper left hand corner.
2. Select Add Skype meeting to bring up the event options page.
3. This is where you can set the date and time of the meeting, as well as recipients and a subject, then select save.
4. After clicking save, the meeting information will be saved to your calendar.
