The Technology Helpdesk, formerly known as ASK5000



Some years ago, based on feedback from new students, ASK5000 was renamed to the Technology Helpdesk to more accurately reflect our function and make our services more identifiable and easier for new students, faculty, staff and guests to find. ASK5000 as a name served us for many years, and we expect many will still refer to us by that name for years to come, but we respectfully request any published documents to refer to us as the Technology Helpdesk or the Technology Helpdesk (formerly ASK5000).
