Dreamspark product installation (Project, Visio) for eligibile courses
Some courses require and provide products, like MS Project, for installation.
Courses that will require the installation of DreamSpark -obtained software will provide information in the course materials or via the instructor. The Technology Helpdesk cannot provide or authorize Dreamspark downloads, but we'll be glad to help with installation.
Dreamspark downloads require an email from Dreamspark; if you are expecting this email to begin the process of installing a product like MS Project, please first check your junk email, clutter, "other", or any folders to which you may have rules or filters applied, and contact your instructor if you did not receive the email message to request that it be sent or resent.
If once you have received the email from Dreamspark you need assistance, please have your instructor-provided instructions handy; helpdesk staff do not have access to these materials and will be better able to assist with access to the instructions.
