2-Step: New Phone Setup
This walks you through what to do when you receive a new phone.
If your phone has a different number, you will need to contact the Technology Help Desk for further assistance.
- Download the Duo App from the App Store.
- Open a Help Desk ticket. In the ticket, let us know that you have downloaded the App and have the same phone number.
- You will receive a text from Duo to re-link your account.
- Click the link in the text.
- If prompted, select Open in Duo.
- You should now see "UW-Stout" in your Duo App.
Your Duo app is now reconnected!!
