ImageNow (Desktop): "System Cannot Establish A Connection"
This covers the two most common errors when logging into the ImageNow Desktop App.
Duo App Timeout:
This error occurs when the prompt on your Duo app has timed out or if you have rejected the prompt.
Please click OK and sign in again. Be mindful that the Duo push has to be approved quickly or else it will time out.
Append Mode Not Used/Wrong Password:
This error occurs when a user has entered an incorrect password or has not added their Duo FOB code.
The Duo FOB requires users to use the append mode. See 2-Step (Append Mode): Logging into systems using "append mode" for more details.
