Canvas: Connecting to Office 365

If your course has enabled Microsoft Office 365, you can view all files in your Microsoft Office 365 (OneDrive) folder in Canvas. The OneDrive folder is accessed from the Course Navigation Menu. Several features of Canvas are accessible only after connecting to your Office 365 account in Canvas.

To connect to your Office 365:

1. Open the Office 365 tab on the left-side course navigation.



2. Click on the Log In button and you will be asked to authenticate your account by entering your Stout email and password.



3. Now when you enter the Office 365 tab, your OneDrive files and folders will be displayed.





Student Note: Prior to creating a Collaboration, you must be logged into your Office 365 due to its integration with OneDrive sharing settings.
