How to "Forget" the eduroam wireless network on a mobile device.

There are times where you will need to "Forget" or disassociate your mobile device from UW-Stouts eduroam network. Most often this will need to be done when you have changed your password here on campus. These steps will walk you through that.

To forget eduroam on an iOS device

  1. Settings (Gear)

  2. Tap Wi-Fi

  3. Tap eduroam

  4. Tap Forget This Network

  5. Click Forget when prompted to forget eduroam

  6. Reconnect if so desired

 To forget eduroam on an Android device

  1. Open Android Settings app

  2. Tap Wi-Fi

  3. Tap eduroam

  4. Tap Forget

  5. Reconnect if so desired

 To forget eduroam on a Pixel 6 or greater

  1. From a Home Screen, touch and swipe up to display all Apps

  2. Navigate: Settings > Network & Internet > Internet

  3. Tap the gear icon next to the Wi-Fi Network eduroam

  4. Tap Forget network

  5. Reconnect if so desired
