Additional Adobe Troubleshooting: Programs say "Try"

If all programs say "Try" and you have enrolled in adobe already, try the following:

Windows:

  1. Open the Creative Cloud Desktop App and sign out.
  2. Close all Adobe programs, including Adobe Creative Cloud.
  3. Open File Explorer.
  4. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe.
  5. Delete the folder labeled OOBE.
  6. Restart the computer and Launch Adobe Creative Cloud.

Mac:

  1. Close all Adobe programs, including Adobe Creative Cloud.
  2. Open Finder.
  3. Navigate to Macintosh HD\Library\Application Support\Adobe.
  4. Delete the folder labeled OOBE.
  5. Restart the computer and Launch Adobe Creative Cloud.

If these actions have been performed and the programs still say "try", please contact the helpdesk at 715-232-5000
