Additional Adobe Troubleshooting: Programs say "Try"
If all programs say "Try" and you have enrolled in adobe already, try the following:
Windows:
- Open the Creative Cloud Desktop App and sign out.
- Close all Adobe programs, including Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Open File Explorer.
- Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe.
- Delete the folder labeled OOBE.
- Restart the computer and Launch Adobe Creative Cloud.
Mac:
- Close all Adobe programs, including Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Open Finder.
- Navigate to Macintosh HD\Library\Application Support\Adobe.
- Delete the folder labeled OOBE.
- Restart the computer and Launch Adobe Creative Cloud.
