Photo and Video Drive Mapping
Important: This only works on campus connected to eduroam or on VPN when off campus.
Windows Drive Mapping
Right click the Start button (4 blue squares at the bottom left of your screen)
Select File Explorer

Right click This PC and select Map network drive...

Select a letter for the Drive: or leave as is.
Enter into the Folder: section the path of the share you are trying to connect to. See below for examples.
Check Reconnect at sign-in and Connect using different credentials.
Click Finish

Click More choices

Click Use a different account

Enter your username and password in the format in the image below. Check Remember my credentials and then click OK.

If all was entered correctly, a new window will open to the share location.
Mac Drive Mapping

Right click the Finder icon in your Dock.

Select Connect to Server…

In the Server Address field, enter your drive path

Click Connect.
When prompted for credentials:

Select Registered User.

Enter your username in the following format:
uwstout-mail\username1234
(Replace username1234 with your actual username.) -
Enter your Stout account password.

Click Connect.
If everything is entered correctly, the network drive should connect.
