Request a New Phone Line Activation
Process for Requesting a New Phone Line Activation
To request new phone line activation, please submit a Self-Serve Helpdesk Ticket to the Technology Help Desk. We no longer use analog phone lines. You may need to request a new data connection for a VOIP phone if there isn't an active data connection.
Please provide the following information:
- Name
- Department
- Office manager name
- Building/Room
- New hire or replacing existing employee
- If replacing, what is the number?
