In this article we will show how to setup a connection profile.
If you see the error message: “No connection profiles exist. Create a new profile.”





Here are the steps to create a connection profile:
- On the menu across the top of the log in screen, click Connection Profiles
- Click Edit Connection Profiles
- On the Connection Profiles dialog box, click Create
- On the New Connections Profile dialog box, enter the following
- Name: PROD_2-Step
- Server ID: inowss.uwstout.edu
- Server Type: Production
- Port Number: 6000
- User Name: Remember last successful user name
- Click OK
The following is a more detailed look at setting up a new connection profile.
If PROD_2-Step is not showing on the log in screen, this indicates the connection profile is missing:

Error message received when attempting to log in: No connection profiles exist. Create a new profile.


On the menu across the top of the log in screen, click Connection Profiles
Click Edit connection profiles

On the Connection Profiles dialog box, click Create

- On the New Connections Profile dialog box, enter the following
- Name: PROD_2-Step
- Server ID: inowss.uwstout.edu
- Server Type: Production
- Port Number: 6000
- User Name: Remember last successful user name
- Click OK

This screen shows your new connection profile, click OK to complete the process.
