Campus Account - Service description

This service provides a campus account and account management to all applicants, faculty, staff, retirees, emeriti and alumni.

Description:

The Learning and Information Technology Help Desk provisions and manages user accounts for applicants, faculty, staff, retirees, emeriti and alumni.  LIT create user accounts, resets passwords and ensure proper log into Shibboleth authenticated sites.

Cost:

There is no cost associated to end users for account creation, password resets and proper log in to shibboleth authenticated sites.

Note: If you have forgotten your security questions please call or stop in during regular business hours so a full-time staff can assist.  (M-F 8am to 4pm)
