Desk Phone (C448HD): Transferring a Call

How to transfer a call on the C448HD Desk Phone.
  1. Once in a call that needs to be transferred, click the Transfer soft key.

  2. The screen will now prompt you to enter who the call is to be transferred to. There are two options for this: by number or by name.

  3. To transfer by number, enter the number or extension using the numeric soft keys then press the OK soft key.

    To transfer by name, use the on-screen keyboard to enter the name of the line.

  4. Click the correct entry on the screen.

  5. The call will now show as transferred and you can hang up.
