Process for Requesting a New Phone Line Activation

To request new phone line activation, please submit a Self-Serve Helpdesk Ticket to the Technology Help Desk.

Please provide the following information:

  • Name
  • Department
  • Office manager name
  • Building/Room
  • New hire or replacing existing employee
  • If replacing, what is the number?
