Summary: Step by step instructions to setup a new connection profile.
If PROD is not showing on the log in screen, this indicates the connection profile is missing:
Error message received: No connection profiles exist. Create a new profile.
Click on Connection Profiles
Select Edit connection profiles at the bottom of the left hand side.
Enter the following settings and click OK
Name: PRODServer ID: inowss.uwstout.eduPort Number: 6000User Name: Remember last successful user name
New connection profile is complete, click OK
