ImageNow - Capture Profile - Single Mode

Setting up the capture profile so specific documents can be printed into ImageNow.

Capture Profile - Single Mode

You can setup as many capture profiles that you need on your computer.  You are the only one that can see them.

Click on the down arrow next to Capture and choose Manage Capture Profiles

Please click on “Create”

The ImageNow Printer dialog box will appear:


Highlight “New Capture Profile” in the name section.

Change to ImageNow Printer – Forms.


Click on the pull down menu next to Source and select “ImageNow Printer”.

Click on the pull down menu next to Mode and select “Single”

Click on the pull down menu next to "Send to" and select your Forms workflow queue or the workflow queue you need your document to go.


Your settings should look similar to the following when finished.


Now click on the Single Tab, we need to select the application plan we want to use for Indexing our document.

Choose the appropriate application plan and then click “OK”

Then Click Close
