ImageNow: Capture Profile (Modify Workflow option)
This doucment will show how to modify the "Send to" section so documents will go to the proper workflow queue.
Why modify capture profiles?
- If documents aren't going to my queue.
- If the name of a workflow queue changes.
- If the documents need to go to a different workflow queue.
See steps below:
- On the ImageNow toolbar
- Click the down arrow next to Capture
- Click on Manage Capture Profiles
- Select the option that needs to be adjusted
- Click Modify.
- Select the down arrow next to "Sent to:"
- (the name of your workflow will be listed here)
Select your new workflow queue option
Repeat as needed.
