Stop unwanted email forwarding - Office 365
Not receiving email after account compromised and password reset
- In Outlook for Office 365, click the gear icon in the upper-right-hand corner
- Near the bottom of the Settings menu, under "Your app settings", select "Mail"
- In the left-nav of the mail options window there is an "Accounts" group and under that is "Forwarding": click "Forwarding"
- Click the "Stop forwarding" radio button
- Click "Save"
