If Perceptive Content error is displayed, check to see if you selected Perceptive Content, not Perceptive Content Management Console
  • Perceptive Content (aka ImageNow) launches only from the Perceptive Content shortcut.
  • If the Perceptive Content Management Console is clicked instead the following error will display.
  • Error text:
    • The system cannot establish a connection.
    • You do not have the necessary privileges to access Management Console. (67PVJX:BTNFWP)
