Perceptive Content: Login Error Message (4TVZ94:CLPEH7)
This article demonstrates what to do if you receive a login error when logging into Perceptive Content (Perceptive Content Desktop Client) or Perceptive Experience.
The Error:
"Unable to verify user credentials. Contact your system administrator to verify that the authentication method is configured correctly."
Possible Fix #1: VPN
Ensure your Cisco VPN is connected, especially if you are off campus.
Possible Fix #2: MFA
Ensure you are accepting the Multi-factor Authentication prompt. If you are using a cell phone for MFA and do not get a push notification, you may need to open the app directly.

Ensure you have a connection profile set up and that it matches the settings in this article: Perceptive Content: Connection Profile.
