If you know the name of the form you need to fill out, go to Stout Cloud

• Click on StoutForms
• Search for the form you need
• Click on the form name
• The BP Logix login screen will automatically appear
• Enter your UW Stout Credentials
• You will be prompted for your 2-step authentication
• Start filling out your form

 If you need to log into BP Logix to see what items need processing:

• Click on BP Logix in the Logins Section
• The BP Logix login screen will automatically appear
• Enter your UW Stout Credentials
• You will be prompted for your 2-step authentication

• The forms you need to process will be listed on the left side of the screen.

Bookmarking BP Logix

• Favorites/Bookmark the BP Logix URL for easy retrieval.
• Begin by navigating to the address at the top of this article.  
• Click your browser's favorites or bookmarking tool. 
• For Google Chrome, it is the star on the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
• For Edge it is the star with 3 lines in it.
