Perceptive Content: Capture Profile_HR Hiring Forms

This option provides added security for the sensitive HR documents that reside here during processing.
  • We will setup the HR ES Forms option in HR forms.
  • This option has expanded to many HR forms, not just for ES forms anymore.
  • You can setup as many capture profiles as you need.
  • You are the only one that can see them.
  1. Log into the Perceptive Content desktop client.
  2. Click on the down arrow next to Capture to see the drop down menu.
  3. Click on Manage Capture Profiles.

  4. The Capture Profiles dialog box appears. Click on Create.

  5.  The New Capture Profile dialog box appears.Click on the General tab to adjust the settings to mirror below.
    • Name:  HR Forms
    • Source: ImageNow Printer
    • Mode:  Single
    • Sent to:  Pick your workflow here

  6. Choose the Single Tab.
    • Select the arrow next to Application Plan. There will be a long list to choose from.
    • Select the appropriate HR department application plan.
    • Click OK when finished.

  7. The new capture profile is in place and ready to use. Click Close.
