Microsoft Outlook: Delegate Access

Full delegate access allows the delegate to read, modify, and send email on behalf of someone else. They also have full access to the person's calendar and can create, edit, and delete appointments.

Full delegate access is usually utilized by Administration. If you only need to share an inbox folder or a personal calendar, please follow these KB's to do so:

To request full delegate access, please have the person sharing the inbox create a Help Desk ticket or email the Help Desk. If someone is requesting delegate access to another person's Outlook, we will confirm with the user before assigning permissions.

After permissions have been assigned, it may take up to four hours to take effect. The inbox should appear by itself but, if not, you can open the inbox by following these instructions: Outlook (Windows): Add a Shared Mailbox
