This service provides a mechanism to request access to various campus applications.

Description:

Access requests is the service that provides a mechanism for campus users to request access to systems, monitor access, and remove access from systems. 

Getting Help:

Assistance to request access new access, modifications, or to remove access search the KB for specific instructions for a specific system or contact the technology helpdesk to create a ticket.

Cost:

There is no cost associated with this system

Availability:

Requests for access will be processed during normal work hours. 

Policy:

Both Stout and UW-System policies goven the campus account and the procedures that must be followed to gain access to certain systems. 

Service Level Expectation:

Access requests will be processed within one business day after proper authorization has been received.
