Perceptive Content: Capture Profile (Modify Workflow option)

This doucment will show how to modify the "Send to" section so documents will go to the proper workflow queue.
Why modify capture profiles?
  • If documents aren't going to my queue.
  • If the name of a workflow queue changes.
  • If the documents need to go to a different workflow queue.
See steps below:
  • On the ImageNow toolbar
  • Click the down arrow next to Capture
  • Click on Manage Capture Profiles

  • Select the option that needs to be adjusted
  • Click Modify.
This image shows how to modify a capture profile.
 
 
  • Select the down arrow next to "Sent to:"
  • (the name of your workflow will be listed here)
This image shows how to select the workflow you want your documents to go to be processed.
 
 
 
Select your new workflow queue option
Click OK.
Repeat as needed.
