Outlook (Mobile App): Accessing Email on Mobile Devices
Set up UW-Stout email on a mobile phone
The recommended and supported option for accessing UW-Stout email on all mobile devices is the Outlook Mobile App.
Microsoft provides excellent, phone-specific directions for most major mobile operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows phone etc.). Choose your device type and follow the instructions for Outlook. Please see notes below first:

- Built in email apps will not work on Android devices.
- Please note that all mobile devices are required to have a password/passcode lock in order to access Stout email accounts per the Information Technology Acceptable User Policy (Policy No. 09-66).
