ImageNow: Change of Major Forms
Program directors will utilize the "T" Text and stamp annotations to approve Change of Major Forms.
WebNow login is also located on the UW Stout Home page under Logins
When using the URL for WebNow or the Message for ImageStout, your workflow queue will launch automatically and the name of your workflow queue appears in the WebNow Toolbar and the documents will be listed.
Left click to highlight the document, double click to open the document for processing.
The document will look like this:
At the bottom of the Change of Major form, please add the following items using the “T” text Annotations . Right click on the "T" text annotation Document 48506 is unavailable at this time. to see the font color and size options. Left click to choose the option you would like to use. (Double clicking the "T" allows each box to be selected to add text without re-selecting the "T" each time, this works the same for other annotations as well.)
At the bottom of the Change of Major form, please add the following items using the “T” text annotation.
- Advisor (Note: Do not assign an advisor for a first-year freshmen)
- Plan/Catalog Year
- “Pre” Major (if applicable) – does not meet criteria for major, but you accept them as a “pre” major
- Denial reason (if applicable)
- Digitally sign the form using the “All Forms Username/Date Stamp”.
Once the text selection has been made, double left click on the "T" and then left click in the appropriate box. Click OK when you are finished entering the information you would like placed in the box that was selected. (Double clicking the "T" allows each box to be selected to add text without re-selecting the "T" each time.)
Right click on the appropriate stamp, then left click to select. Left click in the space on the form to place your stamp. ImageStout - Annotations Signature Stamps
Once all the information is filled in, using the route forward or route back options to route the form to back to the Advisement Office.
Route Back - will show a list of where the document has been and can easily be routed back to the Advisement Office because the forms come from them.
Route Forward - will show a list of the routes used most often, the Advisement Center should be listed here.
The L_ACDC workflow queues are used for a different process and should not be used for the "Change of Major" forms process.
Route Anywhere - should be used if a form was routed to you, but the student has a double major or a minor and the document needs to be approved by someone else.
The Change of Major can be easily routed to another program director.
