Preparing for Graduation: eStout Technology Checklist

Congratulations on your Graduation!

The staff at the technology help desk are happy to offer the following suggestions for moving from your student to alumni status:

• Check the amount of storage used in your OneDrive for Business. Microsoft currently allows you to keep 15GB post-graduation. You will be unable to upload or change files if you exceed 5 GB after graduation. Explore subscriptions and other cloud-based solutions along with personal media devices to reduce your storage if it exceeds 5 GB.
• Prepare for any installed Office 365 applications, like Word and Excel, to expire. 
• Double check that you know the answers to your password security questions and that you have a current alternate email on record; Review this for help if you forget your email password; Update security questions/answers or provide an alternate email address
